According to the new rules, deposits or down payments by residents of the Russian Federation should not exceed 30% of the total commitment for any contracts that apply to: services provided by non-residents, work performed by non-residents, as well as exchange of information and intellectual property by non-residents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong> contracts that apply to acquisition of goods required for operation and technical maintenance of vehicles, food supply, and contracts that apply to financial services delivery.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Non-residents \u2013 legal entities will not be able to acquire foreign currency in Russia.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Decision by the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia on establishing the amounts of individual monetary transactions for residents and non-residents, dated March 25, 2022.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Income Tax<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Government of the Russian Federation has extended the deadline for advance payments of the income tax until April 28, 2022 <em>(instead of March 28, 2022)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Resolution \u2116 470 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2022, \u201cOn changing the terms of advance income tax payments for organizations in 2022\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Support for participants in public procurement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Suppliers, vendors, and contractors who are unable to fulfil their obligations due to restrictive measures, will not be included in the Register of Unconscionable Providers which is managed according to the rules established in the Resolution \u2116 1078 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 30, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em>Resolution \u2116 417 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 21, 2022, \u201cOn amendments to selected legislation of the Government of the Russian Federation with respect to procurement of goods, works, and services that are necessary to meet federal and municipal needs, and to procurement of goods, works, and services by certain types of legal entities\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear colleagues and partners!
